DOWSIL™ 3145 is a one-part, clear, room-temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone sealant compliant with MIL-A-46146 Group II Type I. It features high tensile strength (864 psi), elongation (626%), and dielectric strength (485 V/mil). No mixing required, ideal for electronic and industrial sealing.
Part 2: Product Description
DOWSIL™ 3145 cures via moisture to form a flexible elastomer with broad temperature resistance (-45°C to 200°C) and weatherability. Its non-flow properties suit vertical applications, and cure speed can be accelerated with mild heat (<60°C). Typical uses include electronic module sealing and PWB assembly.
